With over 25 years coaching experience, including a background in martial arts, 13 years as a Federal Police defensive tactics & weapons instructor. Brad is also a specialist strength and conditioning coach. What Brad loves about being a trainer is witnessing the positive change in people when they realise, reach and surpass their potential, and knowing that he has played a part in the process. Brad's training philosophy focuses on core strength & stability & creating dynamic functional bodies.
